Take drugs that are designed to do that. Not that I advise of this in anyway, in fact, I'm highly against this. Look stuff up on google, and I heard Acai berries can if taken in large quantities.

Well, there are some natural ways (certain foods) and there are drugs that the guy above me mentioned. I suggest you not take those drugs. I don't think they are for teenagers and you dont need them anyway.

I'd say just eat a healthy diet so you don't potentially lose any..
But I just thought of that at this moment so don't quote me on it lol

Why would you want to do this? By increasing sperm count you're not going to increase the amount of CUM you produce, but rather just increase the concentration of live sperm within the cum.
The point of increasing sperm count is for nearing-infertile men to gain live sperm to impregnate a women.
To answer your question...
- Increase vitamin c and zinc intake (and by the way acai berry, in most cases, is a scam)
- Wear baggy boxers rather than briefs (boxers don't constrict the testicles which would cause them to overheat and possibly kill some sperm)
- Reduce chemical exposure, it's unhealthy for sperm.

Don't waste any of it lol
But if you want a big load for a determinate day and hour, try to masturbate yourself 30min before that time, without ejaculating. It will make you produce sperm.

I have heard if you have plenty antioxidants you can increase your sperm count so having stuff like green tea or green coffee or anything with antioxidants somewhat regularly then you should be able to increase your sperm count.

That basically covers it all.

Not masturbating could only potentially increase the amount of semen, not necessarily sperm.

The ridiculous rumour about Mountain Dew is bullshit.
Generally having a healthy diet, being fit, staying healthy is the best way to make everything work properly. As for actually producing/increasing your sperm count, there's drugs that can be taken but I would really not recommend you use them while you're still going through puberty and there's hundreds of rumours and old wives tales about certain foods and food types that increase sperm count. Oysters apparently cause an increase in actual living sperm and strawberries make the semen taste different (nicer), I can vouch for the strawberries.

Do you mean the amount of semen, instead of the amount of sperm? The two aren't the same. And I agree with LuckyLuke----why would you a higher sperm count at your age? Can only lead to a higher chance of getting someone pregnant.
