I enjoy vandalizing things

I have a serious confession to make. I enjoy all kinds of vandalizing, breaking stuff, spray painting properties, burning things etc.

A week ago I was at a parking lot. I scratched some random cars with a knife and slashed tires from a couple cars. There was an article about the incident in the local newspaper. I laughed while reading about it.

A couple months ago I spray painted a local elementary school's walls full of all kinds of shit.

I've also littered the streets a lot with all kinds of garbage and I burnt my school books in the forest when summer break began

I just enjoy doing shit like that. I enjoy every moment. Is there something wrong with me because I enjoy it? Is it some sort of a mental illness? Any scientific name for it?

No. I have never heard of any type of disorder that makes you want to vandalize, unless you are one of those people who can not handle dramatic changes in their environment and flip the fuck out (which I'm totally doubting). Or if you just enjoy taking your anger out on something. The closest I can think of something is when people have anxiety problems and doing things like ripping paper help.

Otherwise, that is your own choice. There might be some impulse, but that's not a symptom babe, its just called disrespect for someone elses property.

I kinda figured out that I use vandalism to get over bad things. Like, one time my parents had a huge fight and I decided to go out to do some spray painting to make myself feel better and forget about my worries.

Well, I recommend you find a more safe, legal, and respectful alternative rather ruining things people worked for. I know I would be so upset if someone did that to my car.

Try doing things like painting on your own personal canvas, or get a sketch book.

It's the thrill and suspense that makes me feel better. It's the excitement, you know that you are doing something illegal and you might get caught, that brings excitement and you forget about everything else.

I feel like I actually achieve something when I vandalize something, especially if they write about it in the local newspaper.

No, I don't. I don't care if some random guy gets his car vandalized or something.

Maybe you'll think twice when some fuckface ruins something of yours.
