I'm looking for a supplement particularly to enhance and improved my memory.
Any suggestion supplement?
I'm thinking over MX Brain Swift as it was the trendy supplement for brain booster. But to make sure i can find and choose a best one for me, I've exploring other supplement brands that maybe you've tried before and done well on you.

Thank you!:)

Ginko is said to enhance memory. I have personally not taken it so I cannot verify the claims made for or against it. I would just recommend doing some research on it and maybe talking to someone in a health foods store that may be able to provide some more in depth analysis prior to taking it. Here is an article I found on it:

I would recommend .. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) an omega-3 fatty acid
DHA is essential for the proper functioning of our brains In addition, omega-3 fatty acids are part of a healthy diet that helps lower risk of heart disease. Our bodies naturally produce small amounts of DHA, but we must get the amounts we need from our diet or supplements. Most people in the Western world do not get enough omega-3 fatty acids in their diet.
Dietary Sources:
DHA is found in cold water fatty fish, including salmon, tuna (bluefin tuna have up to five times more DHA than other types of tuna), mackerel, sardines, shellfish, and herring.
DHA is available as a supplement in two common forms:
Fish oil capsules [which contain both DHA and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), another omega-3 fatty acid]
DHA extracted from algae (which contains no EPA)
I hope that you find that helpful.

I heard also that Ginko is said to enhance memory. Anyway, i have a question? why don't your try to eat foods rich in iron like red meat, egg yolks, Beans, lentils, chick peas and soybeans. But if you really want a supplement, you're thinking is right. MX Brain Swift said an effective to improved memory and support mental focus. But please considered the advised of me, eating foods rich in iron.
