I'm currently reading Eldest by Chris Paolini. If you don't know its the second book in the Inheritance Cycle. It comes after the first book titled Eragon. After this I have to read two other books outside of this series so that I can let my dad borrow them. Then I plan to finish the inheritance cycle.

I just got back into reading Twilight (Eclipse right now). I figured I'd give it a chance, even with all the hype which annoyed me to no end. Turns out, it has a very well-developed plot and is quite interesting to read.

Maybe you can convince your parents to get you an eReader for your birthday or something. Digital books are cheaper so it might be worth the investment.

Yeah they have said they would get it for me and i don't know if i'm a freak or something but i like having the book in my hand and being able to turn the pages. hmm maybe i am very weird :/
and i end up getting most books from amazon now as you can get them a lot cheaper.

Almost 40% through Twilight: Eclipse! woot woot. I think the next book I might end up reading is Beautiful Boy, but I might have to find that in digital format because I'm not looking forward to holding up an actual book... :P

Haha Nikki, that doesn't make you weird at all. That's probably the most common argument from people who prefer physical books over digital. My kindle took some getting used to, but in a matter of weeks it was preferable to an actual book for me. I just can't stand holding my hands in the crease of a book anymore to keep it from closing on me while I read. Now my hands naturally go to the sides where the page turn buttons are. I like my kindle because it's non-LCD (it's e-Ink, so my eyes aren't strained as a result). That's for sure; Amazon definitely has super cheap books! :D

Nikki, I'm almost the same way. My mom doesn't like me reading books...though I still do. and for some reason, she approves of Inheritance, the fourth book in the Inheritance series, and that's the book I really really want to get.

That book was so much better than the movie. Umbridge sounds ten times as nefarious.
