Science fantasy :) I'm working on a (planned) five book series. I need to beef up the second one a bit later this year, but hopefully after that the third will be started.
I love hearing that others share this passion. The first time I succeeded in finishing a story, I went on the most magical journey I've ever experienced, and it wasn't even due to the story itself. I feel like it isn't a common enough hobby for how wondrous and rewarding it is. I think it's because writing a novel seems rather intimidating when the only necessarily difficult thing about it is overcoming the blank page anxiety. Of course writing well is another story, but you can't edit a blank page.

In school, I'm reading a book called Peak. Recreationally I'm reading If I Stay, Eleanor and Park, Scarlet (part of the Cinder series), and Allegiant. I can't remember authors, like ever. Also I've been reading all of these for a hella long time. I barely have any time to read anymore and I have to make sure I'm doing homework and stuff.

Right now I just started reading NYPD Red by James Patterson. I just finished NYPD Red 2, so the order isn't right. :P Fortunately, it contained no spoilers from the first book. :)
