I think this is a good question.
Everyone might have their perfect penis in mind, what they prefer. Just because one person likes it like that doesn't mean everyone will. So I dont think their is a perfect penis for everyone.

Everyone has their preferences, beauty is subjective, so no there really isn't anything as "a perfect penis." However, most girls find certain attributes in a penis - large size, thicker, circumcised (well the ones I know), straight, and trimmed pubic hair - to be aesthetically appealing.
