how do i retract my foreskin iam 15 and still don know how to please help

it may hurt for the first time, just place your fingers around the base of it and pull back, you need to do it a little bit a few times a day maybe, before you can get it right back as it needs to stretch a little, or else it may hurt a fair bit.
