Hands Shaking O.o

its hard to explain.. when i talk.. i just shake my hands.. not in any like convo movement.. but like in an up and down way.. my friends laugh.. and i do but i cant help it.. anything i can do?..

p.s.. i dont know where this belongs.. and in fact it might not be a problem at all.. im just makin sure..

different people have different things, metally that could result physically, that just act like this for them. i have something much different, but like if i see a faucet goin in a bathroom just left on and nobody's ther to turn it off, i have to. i wouldnt b able to drive away w/o getting all freaked out, i just have to turn it off

When i was a kid, i would hum constantly. Now i bite the skin on my fingers or pick the skin on my toes constantly. I think everyone just loves playing with their fingers or body parts all the time. It keeps us from being utterly bored.. But maybe try and keep your hands in your pockets or not in sight

When I had that problem, I got told I had nerve problems by my doctor. This was at least seven years ago and I got put on meds. I do not have it anymore though.
