1. is it normal to look at men in public showers even old guys? Yes, it's curiosity.
2. is it normal to want to experiment with your friends even if you dont find them attractive and ur not gay (my friends aren't that open so it would prob never happen anyway)? Totally normal.
3. would it be weird to try to do minor things with a friend i no is gay even when i am not? It's experimentation to figure out what you're attracted to :P Again, normal
You have nothing to worry about, you're a normal teen boy haha

1. Yeah cause you're curious, you might want to look what they look like or stuff
2. Completely normal, it's good to experiment and get to know your body

All seem normal and probably what all other teens have done at one time or another... its curiosity...messing with a friend though is something that both need to discuss and talk about..but if he is willing most certainly it is pretty normal

1) I've never showered in a public shower. Buy it would be okay.
2) I experiment with friends all the time!

1. is it normal to look at men in public showers even old guys? Yes. Normal curiousity
2. is it normal to want to experiment with your friends even if you dont find them attractive and ur not gay (my friends aren't that open so it would prob never happen anyway)? Yes. Normal curiousity during puberty
3. would it be weird to try to do minor things with a friend i no is gay even when i am not? No. Its, again, normal curiousity that can last from age 13 to even 18 or 19

We all tend to check people out in various ways. We notice how tall they are, how muscular they are, how articulate they are etc. We compare ourselves to others in various ways and comparing genitals is just one more way.
Masturbating with your friends or even doing each other seem to pretty common and fun too. I think it is natural to want to share sexual fun with someone and that desire is, for some people at least, stronger than the need to restrict that play to only the opposite sex.
I can see why a gay friend would be a target for some experimenting but make sure he doesn't coerce you into things you are not happy with.
None of this, of course, proves you are not gay it is just that experimenting with a friend or friends also does not define you as being gay or even provide a strong indication you may be.

1. It depends whether your purpose of looking has a sexual meaning or just one of curiosity (comparison, etc.).
2. Yes, it's normal. You wanna figure out what your sexuality is.
3. No, because it may just so happen that this gay friend might like you and you're getting their hopes up. If you experiment with them, you might hurt their feelings if they want more out of it than you do.
