i kno this forum is for drugs but i couldnt fit this in anywhere else.
i'm 13 and i smoke. when i get angry or upset [and when nobody is home to suspect] i smoke as much as much cigarettes as i can. i'm a hypocrite cuz my mom smokes and i hate it but when i take the cigarettes from her i 'throw it away' when i really just hide them for later. i think i'm getting better at not doing it but i still do and its really messing uo my throat

It's not healthy to smoke so often at such a young age :(. I'm glad you realize it's a problem. Does your mom know you smoke? If not, you should tell her that you have an addiction and that you need help. Smoking can ruin your throat and lungs and can cause cancer. Don't let that be you!

Your too young! What is making you so angry or sad to bring you to smoking? How often would you say you smoke? Is there a trend like certain events set it off? I would see a doctor or ask your mom about possibly seeing a therapist. Medication can help with anxiety depression anger etc. Trust me I take meds and it really helps!

when i'm alone i have too much time to think.... and that's not good. either violent cutting spree or 2 smokes whatever relieves me

You just need to find other ways to let out your frustration :). I usually do something artistic; last night I spent two hours on MS Paint drawing an intricate map for a story I've been working on for the past year. It actually turned out pretty awesome :D.

If you have something positive or creative you can put all of your energy and focus into you feel much better afterwards :). Cutting and smoking are unhealthy addictions; your brain needs you to continue the behavior to experience relief or pleasure, or happiness (whatever you experience from it). Otherwise it is difficult for you to have those feelings without it.

Is there anything you like to do in particular? Maybe try something new if you don't :). You can't know until you try!

Well when I was your age I never smoked and rarely drank. So as my release I would sex everything that moved!! Not saying you should.... But hey its better then harming yourself lol! Just make sure to use protection!
