Because my parents really can't find out right now x(

If you are up for it, cutting is bad and addictive so you need help. If you are up for it feel free to allow the doctor the scars. Getting help to break an addiction would be a good thing.

See, there's nothing you can do, if foundation won't cover it. You can miss the appointment. You can try your best to cover it. Or come clean and admit it.

Don't let your mom in the room with you, of course.

And the doctor will most likely NOT mention it to your mother, if found. I had a nurse one time see all the scars on my arms and she simply asked if I would like to talk to the head nurse practioner about it, and of course, I told her no (Stupid me).

Wear the bandaids, if you must, and a jacket or something to hide it.

Or of course. Come clean.

If the doctor asks, you should probably tell the truth. They won't tell your parents, because they're completely confidential.

If they're scars, you could just say, "I self harmed a while ago, and they're just the scars I have." They'll probably just leave it at that, and most likely won't ask you anything. They might suggest that you see someone about it, but they won't force you into anything, and they won't tell your parents anything either.

It's really nothing to stress about, doctors see this sort of thing all the time.
