Hi,
Well yesterday morning i found a razor and i was wondering what it felt like to cut so i did it and now i regret doing it i hate having to hide my wrist and my two friends found out and they told this one girl than that one girl told the hole grade.And when people in my grade cut someone finds out then tells the princebal and then she will call up your mom or dad.And I dont want them to find out is there anyway that i can make the scars dissapear and if not how long will they stay on my wrist!!!!

Okay depending on how deep you made them is how long they last. Shallow ones that barely bleed will be there for a week to two weeks, and deeper ones will most like scar, either leaving a white scar which isnt that noticeable, or a darker one which is pretty easy to see depending on how big.

To be more specific let me know what exactly you used and how deep, where, how much blood, and I can give you a decent estimate.

Please dont do it again, Im glad you didnt like it, scars arent a fun thing to have or to have to hide.

Inside of the wrist, on the soft skin, or on top?

If on the inside, it will take a while to scab most likely and then there will probably be a white scar. If on the top, then it should take a week or two at the worst and no scars.

Like the inside, is like when your hand is facing up, the inside of your wrist is there it's soft and you can see the veins. The top is where your hand faces down and you see the bones. Know what I mean?

Sorry I can't help with how long you'll have the cuts or whether they will scar or not. I didn't let mine heal for weeks and weeks and as a result I shall leave Jess to advise you on that.
I am relieved you regret it and didn't like it. Self harm is a one way trip to your own hellish world.

Okay dont worry, if it is as you said - deep and not too bad - then it should heal okay. Just wait a week or two, and it should have scabbed and gone away by that time, POSSIBLY leaving a white scar. I promise the white scars are not noticeable very much, I have around 20 on my left arm, on the top, they are all over the place, but I doubt anyone can notice, you'd have to really look at it to see them.

Well you should tell her the truth. Let her know how you were feeling and then assure her you hated what you did and wont do it again. It's better to let her know what's going on than trying to hide it or making excuses.
