To be bisexual, you have to have a physical attraction to both sexes (Attracted to the way they look, think "They're hot, they're cute" to yourself when you see someone), AND have an emotional/mental attraction with them (Do you see yourself having a relationship with either a girl or guy?).
If one or neither of those are true for you, you're generally classed under 'straight but curious'.
This is something most (All) teens grow out of.

Personally I don't think it is all that weird. It's kind of the same with girls. Teens go through experimentation. It is pretty normal for friends to fool around with each other. This is probably a point in your life where you figure out if you are bi or not. Time will tell.

Absolutely not, sexuality has to do with not only the sex, but the emotions that you have for that gender. If you like other boys in the sense that you want to date them, then yes, you would be bi, but just because you enjoyed a blow job doesn't mean anything. I mean if you think about it, the body doesn't know if it is a guy or a girl sucking you, so as far as your body is concerned, your friend might as well be a girl. I hope this helps.
