Very True... This puberty forum is getting really stupid now.

Too many questions about masturbation, IMO. Really, there are other questions to ask besides how long does it take you to orgasm and where you masturbate. Masturbation is not puberty-related, it is just discovered coincidentally in the puberty years.
What about questions about pubic hair, growth spurts, other body hair, voice changes, etc.? They're buried with masturbation questions.

Alright then, since you guys want questions about hair so much... I have a bit of facial hair on my upper lip.. It's nothing serious though, it gets noticeable after about 3 days of not shaving. I don't really have any facial hair other than that. Also, I've had this little amount of facial hair since I was around 13. So, how long could you estimate that it'll be before I start getting a serious beard?
I've got a fair ammount of pubic hair, some stomach hair and quite a bit of arm-pit hair.
Anybody know?

Normall your balls drop when your an infant. Meaning your testicles, dropping into your scrotum. Usually when you hit puberty, your testicles will start to produce sperm, which will come out with the semen during an orgasm. Your balls have dropped, you just never knew it.
I take it your not an infant :P

Every guy's balls have to drop, but of course at different times.
But you know, there could be a disorder or condition that most people are unaware of that describes an abnormality in the scrotum dropping, but I've never heard of it.

I think people don't use the search because they want an excuse to raise their post count. I noticed people think your more "popular" if you have more posts.
Back to the topic, your balls will drop eventually, don't worry about it.
