Once again I have failed

I cut acouple days ago.I don't know why I did it but it felt so very good.I forgot how good it felt.Anyways,I wanna do it again but I know thats not the smart thing to do.-_-,I did it 7 or 8 times on my forarm....Shallow barley bleed.Just wanted to tell you guys...

first of all you have not failed! you have slipped now pick yourself back up and try again.
dont worry and dont get angry at ytour self just put your energy into trying again you will get it :)
have you tried some of the techniques to not cut, rubberband,ice,etc..
those can help alot!
