try using lube. also try using moisturizer. i get that sometimes the lube helps it when i masturbate

My friend had the same problem, all you need to do is get more horny that way you get wetter, or you can just use lube...

Could mean too much friction. Sometimes I get like that, it goes away. Just make sure you are well lubricated :) It won't happen.
