I only eat dinner because it would freak out the parental units if I didn't. Yesterday, all I had was about six pretzel sticks, today, I did a bit better and actually had "breakfast" Aka an instant breakfast which isn't many calories but is supposed to have a lot of protien and stuff in it. I'm not diagnosed with anything and I've yet to tell my therapist about my lack of... willingness to eat, because I thought I had it under control. The worst part is how scary it is how I'm not even hungry. It's like I'm absolutly fine all day and can honestly say "i'm not hungry" Which dosn't make anything any better.
I am honestly afraid of myself about that... joy.

Fear itself is also a very powerful tool, you can scare yourself into things as easy as you can scare yourself from them. You have a therapist you can talk to, so it's probably best you do that before you are diagnosed with anything, caught in the early stages eating disorders aren't too bad to come away from, but once it's got hold of you, it's got you with both hands and it aint letting go easily. Even if you're not hungry, try and get yourself to eat something, anything. Because you probably are hungry, just (I assume the reason you're seeing your therapist) is making you lose your appitite

I went to my therapist and she told me it was mainly because I'm trying to go from one bad thing to another, and I'm getting more help. Thanks for the help

I wish I could starve myself too (I'm way too heavy) but I know it's not healthy so I moderate what I eat strictly. I eat about 1000-1300 calories a day and I eat three meals a day. Eat something big for breakfast (around 500 calories), have a medium lunch (a sandwich and some crackers, for example) and have a small dinner. You can have healthy snacks like fruit, unsalted popcorn, unsalted peanuts (in moderation) or veggies in-between meals, but don't eat anything before bed.
I'm just giving you this simple advice because you seem to be more focused on control than anything else. When you have a strict diet plan you can keep yourself motivated to continue that plan. If you have a guide to follow you can control your intake of food and what foods you eat. It's a good way to keep yourself from being more likely to not eat.
