Well one I got a update thing in the bottom right hand corner, normal. But it was an update for internet explorer, something went wrong, And it didn't install it told me, and i got a thing on my desktop saying "Internet Explorer Troubleshooting", I tryed to update again it didn't work, and worst of all Internet Explorer over all is not working anymore, when I click it it just comes up with that error message" IE ecountered problems etc", So now i cant download things that needs IE to signup online and stuff, that kind thing won't go into FireFox.
Can anyone tell me what I should do??

Ok go to "start" then "control panel"
then go to "Add or Remove programs" click IE7. uninstall it.
then download it, you can get it Here (http://www.google.com/toolbar/ie7/)
if you wish then reinstall it like any other program onto your computer and this should fix the problem ;)

You know you could just get Fire Fox, or some other lesser browser such as advant:P *puts on flame jacket* Here (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/) is a link to were you can download ff.

yeah but even if i switched my brower in the options which i already have, most of the links and stuff still go into IE, and so I can't switch, and im already using FF, i just IE for couple of links and online signups

hmm thats odd b/c when you first start up FF it should ask you if you want to make it your default browser, and if you select yes there it should switch every thing over to ff. I'll try to find how to change that and update if i do. O ya and to replace internet exsplorer for stuff that u can't open in fire fox you could use advant cause it should be able to open anything IE can.
*Edit*
Here found a little tut on the internet, see if any of this works.
"
All systems
You would normally set a default browser using the the options or preference settings within the web browser. For example,
Firefox1.5: " Tools -> Options (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Menu_differences_in_Windows%2C_Linux%2C_and_Mac) ->General -> Default Browser -> Check Now"
Firefox 2.0: "Tools -> Options -> Main -> System Defaults -> Check in box -> Always check to see if Firefox is the default browser on startup -> check now"
Mozilla Suite: "Preferences -> Navigator -> Set Default Browser" If those settings don't work, try setting another browser as the default browser, then reset Firefox or Mozilla Suite as the default. Other suggestions are listed below.
Windows
Open Firefox and go to "Tools -> Options ->General -> Default Browser -> "Check Now" (or "Edit -> Preferences -> Navigator -> Set Default Browser" on Mozilla). If that doesn't work, try the following:
If IE7 is installed
In some pre-release versions of Internet Explorer 7, hyperlinks in Outlook or Outlook Express mail messages do not to work unless IE7 is the default browser [1] (http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=458537). Uninstall IE7 (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Internet_Explorer#Internet_Explorer_7) (which restores IE6) or update IE7 to resolve the problem.
Force Firefox to make itself the default
If Firefox already thinks that it is default, exit Firefox completely (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Kill_application), go to "Start Menu -> Run" and enter this into the text box:
firefox.exe -silent -nosplash -setDefaultBrowser Setting default browser manually
In Windows XP, go to "Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Set Program Access and Defaults (on the left) -> Custom". After expanding the "Custom" category, you will see Internet Explorer and other installed browsers listed under "Choose a default Web browser". Select Mozilla or Mozilla Firefox. If that doesn't work,
In Windows Control Panel and if Windows XP is using the Control Panel "Classic View":
Click on "Folder Options -> File Types".
In Windows XP using the Control Panel "Category View":
Click on "Performance and Maintenance". Then, click on "File Types" in the left column under the heading "See Also". Assign the following filetypes to the browser you wish to set as default:
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol with Privacy
URL:File Transfer Protocol
HTML File
HTM File (optional) Note that you may find the URL file types above under extension "N/A" or "(none)"
Using a third-party utility
A third-party utility to set the default browser will save you a lot of work by automating the steps for you. The freeware utilities DefaultBrowser (http://windowsxp.mvps.org/defaultbrowser.htm) and SetBrowser (http://www.pc-tools.net/win32/freeware/setbrowser) will work for Firefox and Mozilla Suite as well as other installed browsers.

Ok, KingCrimson, first, I need to ask you to reduce the size of your signature - it is awfully big and, as a signature, has no value. If you cannot make your signature smaller, I can do it for you ;)
Did it for you...
Now, instead of following in Forrest's long-winded post (:P) just try going to http://www.microsoft.com/ and searching around. Actually, I've done the searching around for you. If you had (or want to have) Internet Explorer 6, retrieve the download from here (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1e1550cb-5e5d-48f5-b02b-20b602228de6&displaylang=en) (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1e1550cb-5e5d-48f5-b02b-20b602228de6&displaylang=en). If you want Internet Explorer 7, check out this page (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx) (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx) - note, Windows versions below Windows XP may not be able to support Internet Explorer 7, so I recommend that you first install Internet Explorer 6.
If you have any problems, please feel free to blame Forrest (:P).
