I haven't cut in awhile but last night,I,just cut,deep,it bled a lot,I couldn't hold myself back.:(

im sorry this happened :( youve fallen but you can pick yourself back up this doesn't mean you failed or your a bad person dont beat yourself up about this!
this just means you have to try harder next time, have you tried any self harm tecniques like the rubber band and stuff?
if not you should try them they can help.
do you have any hobbies interests? cause if you do that can help to.
