When I make out with my girlfriend half the time I end up almost soaking the front of my boxers in pre cum is this because my body is preparing for sexual activity or becuase I am really turned on? :)

It's both really. Being aroused is what causes the body to prepare for sexual activity.

Yea but pre-cum still contains sperm, so you can't use it for vaginal sexual intercourse

jus a quick note not everyone will produce pre-cum i dont and its perfectly normal you may produce some you may produce none all but either way perfectly normal
