I would be lying if I said that looks don't matter at all.

Saying that, though, doesn't mean I base my opinion of someone on solely their looks. If The choice was between a great looking guy with a douche bag personality, and an average looking guy with a great personality, there would be no contest. I'd take the average looking guy with the great personality any day.

Whenever I see a guy, I don't automatically think about his personality. I think about whether he's attractive or not and what I like about him, physically. It's the first thing I see, and anyone sees. Sure, after I get to know them I may only be attracted to them physically, if they have a great personality, I'll end up liking them. I can't lie and say I think about personality first though. It's looks and then gradually I think about their personality.

Personality, no question what so ever. I have to get on with them as a person, not how they look.

Personality is definatly most important. But as others have said it's not exactly the first thing that attracts you to someone, and I can't say looks don't matter at all.
