Hi guys. I have a few questions.
When i masturbate, a little bit of clear/white liquid dribbles out. It's not cum. What is this? And hardly anything comes out here.
And there is a point when the head just gets to sensitive, i just can't carry on any longer, and this is usually very quickly in.

First of all that fluid is called pre-cum or pre ejaculate. Some guys get it and others don't. It's completely normal and happens when your horny. It's the body's way of clearing any acidity in the urethra and getting ready for sex. As for not being able to continue, I'm not sure about that. I've never had that happen to me before.

Yes, like the others said, it is Pre-Cum.
For the second, the amount you masturbate might be a contributing factor.
If you don't masturbate much, then the glans will be more sensitive.

After i cum i just cant masturbate for a certain time afterword.

As you mature your body will be able to cum many times in a row, I wouldn't try this though unless your having sexual intercourse.
