Not really.
I'm uncut and I have no trouble cleaning it, just pull back the skin and scrub it. Doesn't take hardly any time or effort. A guy who is uncut and has good bathing habits can just be as clean and healthy as a cut guy with good bathing habits.

I don't care either way. To me, cut or uncut, a penis is a penis. As long as the guy knows how to use it, that's all that matters.
