So, we went to the movies yesterday. I told him, he apparently thought I was joking, so I let it go.
I told him again the next day. There was a bit of joking, some running around the house with a phone recording, and a bit of awkwardness. He didn't bring it up after that and everything looks the way it did before I went to his house. I hope he didn't think I was joking the second time :l It was hard, but I basically face-planted into a pillow and said it.

Well, I know that often time if you tell a friend and they don't already suspect it, they will assume are joking. What I would do if I were you is approach him at some point and say "you remember what I said the other day, well I wasn't joking....." I hope it works out, pm me if you have anything you want to ask or talk about.

I agree with what Chris said, it sounds like he might have taken it that you were joking again, so just ask him if he thought you were joking, or whet Chris said
but you should talk to him to make sure he knows if you really want him to know

what it no tbe better to sit him and talk to him man to man rather than jus blurt out i love you or im bi coz he will take it as a joke then i know i would even though i am bi i still would take it as a joke

He knows for sure now. Were still friends, but he teases me about it. He is not a very LGBT-friendly person, so there is a small amount of new tension.
