Is anyone here REALLY addicted to masturbating? I mean i have to do it at least 3 times a day.. Sometimes its really annoying..

For it to be an addiction it would have to have a departmental effect on your life and relationships, I.e. Preventing you form functioning normally, just like any other addictions, so no I doubt just as you do three times your an addict.

Well you see with masturbation, once you start to release sperm alot, your body learns, and creates more and more sperm. And when that has happened, there is alot of pressure to relieve. One crazy suggestion that may not be of much help, but if you are getting tired of jacking off, then tie your hands behind your back, or discipline yourself to not touch yourself until a certain period of time.

When I first discovered it I masterbated like 3-4 times a day, but now I'm down to 1-2 times. I don't think you can be addicted to it unless you go non stop like 40 times a day. Then you'd probally pull your dick off. Lol

if it starts getting you in trouble, at home or legally, and it takes away from other aspects of your life, then you probably have a problem and need to pursue help.
