Is my aunt Schizophrenic?

Hi. Everytime I talk to my aunt she is a different person. One time she will be someone with an American accent. Then English. Then Italian. Then a mental voice. It goes on and on. She is serious about it though. I have no clue....but is she a Schizophrenic? Thankssss

Shizophrenia is characterised by the following first rank symptoms hallucinations, delusions (of grandeur/persecution) and thought disturbances. Your aunt is more likely to have multiple personality disorder which is different. It is almost as if there are several personalities inside one person.
