I think this is definitely a great job. Proportions look good, shading is well reproduced, and you really gave a lot to even tiny lightning details.

Simple curiosity: why is the base colour different from one picture to the next? Is that because the ambient light was different?

Oh, and can you tell me what kind of paint you used, as well as the colours. And what kind of paper(size and weight). And the brush sizes, too. Thank you!

The light was just different.

I don't know the paper size & weight. The brush sizes were: A round
20 (9/16") and a Flat 16 (9/16")

And what kind of paint? Gouache? Oil? Acrylic?

Acrylic, it's what i use for most of my paintings.

From what I understand from my artist-type friends, hands are a bitch. Really great job! ^__^
