When I was about 4 or 5 when I lived with my mother, this boy who was around 16 use to drop by my house with my cousin. When we were alone sometimes, he would kiss me on the lips, and sometimes I could feel his tongue. A few times, he would touch in between my legs, like do that tickle motion, but his grip was a little tighter. I use to think it was fun, but at the same time I found it gross. Mg mom eventually walked in on us, and scowled at him and took me to a different room. I never saw him afterwards, or heard from him again. What would that be called? Would it count as sexually abuse, but he never touched me under my clothes....

That's actually really common. The best advice there is in my opinion is just to not dwell on it and keep going forward with your life.

It is indeed sexual abuse. He may have only touched you through your clothes, but who's to say that he wouldn't have gone farther the next time? Or even raped you? You're very lucky indeed to have been caught.

Being caught was an extremely great thing to happen to be honest. Sickening as it is this kind of thing happens alot but doesnt mean its right. That is considered sexual abuse (as stated by the others) and he should have never done that to you.

Though you were on your dress that time it fell on the sexual abuse because of the touching in the sensitive part, moreover, you was just only toddler. Fortunately, it caught by your mom and nothing more happened.
