Does anyone know any songs that are about Self-Harming or feeling as low as low can be? I need some new stuff to listen to and can't find any on my own.

There's loads of songs that I can relate to self harm but these are a few that I think are actually meant to be about self harm.

Mmm, yeah, as Kathy said, I don't have as many that are blatantly self-harm (that I actually like anyway) and Hurt - Nine Inch Nails and Bleed Like Me - Garbage were already mentioned. That's the only one I can think of that is certainly about self-harm. I have loads of psych songs though. A lot of my music in general is just psychotic in general. All my favourite artists are bipolar or have been in a psych ward or have been anorexic, etc.

And if you like that, the group has a lot of various psych songs. Sexual identity, abuse/rape, mental illness, etc.

If you also want speculated songs, I interpret Sia's "Breathe Me" as being about self-harm. Medication by Garbage is a bit akin to that sort of thing, with lyrics like "I hold a force I can't contain," and the chorus that goes "Somebody get me out of here, I'm tearing at myself."
