I love my bf and I tell him I love the way he looks but hes still super self-aware. About his smile,the way he looks,his size,the sounds he makes when were intimate,everything. Idunno how to make him more comfortable with himself. Any ideas?

Talk to him about it, there's nothing specific you need to say. Just try to talk openly about his problems and that alone should make him feel more comfortable.
