Lately I've become good friends with somebody in my class and last friday I came to her to cry and then I cried and later on she cried to me too and now it's almost a week later and she wont even hug/look at me anymore! She's really confusing me!?

I try to but whenever I do she makes up a BS story about how she needs to go and talk to somebody or how she needs to quickly go home to do her homework or how she wants to get to class early but then later on I ALWAYS see her talking to somebody else.

If she does not like you anymore you can't really do anything about it. The only thing left for you is to give her time. Perhaps her crying opened a painful memory or something. She is probably dealing with it in her own way. If you obstruct that, it may make things worse.
