Surgery

Everything is wrong
even my guitar is out of tune

I've tried, close to a 1,000 times
God knows I've tried

Even though I cry
it all still lies inside

They have no surgery
for situations like me
I have no heart
can someone please give one to me
we can even share
cut me open
cut away the bad dreams
without this surgery
I won't survive
