Stupidest little thing

Would it be possible to make it that when you're VMing pressing tab goes straight from the box to the post message button, instead of sending it to the top. I'm used to using quick reply for posts, and so I tab out of habit, and it's getting annoying, having to go back after accidentally navigating away.

Yeah, I just tested it in both typing on a person's profile, and in the 'view conversation' mode, and hitting tab in both views, will select the 'Post Message' button....

Looks like it's an issue with Chrome.
As in IE, hitting tab takes you to the 'Post Message' button. And I just checked in Firefox, it also takes you to the 'Post Message' button.

Edit: And seeing as it's a browser-based issue, and not a site issue, I doubt it's fixable on our end, something in Chrome is causing the tab index to be messed up.

That's weird, seeing as it works properly on the rest of the site. Thanks for the help though.

Its a browser related bug and seeing that 3.8 is EOL it will not be fixed by vBulletin developers.

It's not browser-based. It functions properly on Google Chrome for me.
It will highlight the VT banner if I hit tab twice though, but it I hit it once, it will simply go to the post message box.

You're posting from a proxy aren't you? those tend to mess up things like that.
