In response to this (http://virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=106046) thread, I'd like to propose a solution.
Create a stuck thread in the Announcement forum and post changes that have been made to staff; such as promotions or resignations.
With this thread, members could keep up with recent staff changes if they wanted to, but the thread wouldn't annoy people (as Anthony said was the reason he stopped posting changes in TWPR) because it would be in a much less viewed forum.
What do ya think?

Update would be in form of posts, which would bump the thread, right?

In the announcements section, bumping would be the most logical way to do it.

Yes. Didn't really think of that. But I think it would be a good idea to have the first post (showing current staff like in the style of the announcements in seperate sections) updated or a link to the staff list page.

This sounds good. A way to allow us to know the changes without the clutter of threads in TWPR

As in the thread I referenced? Well that wouldn't make sense.

As in the thread I am proposing? Although posting in the thread would bump it sometimes it looks cleaner and more organized to just have it stickied. If your referring to posting staff changes in the thread that should definitely be done however as I stated earlier the first post should be kept up to date for orginiaztional and ease of us sakes.

Bumped so it shows up in most recent post in the announcement forum.

No one reads the forum unless there's somethign new, so..

Very true. I'm fine eitherway, I just want to see this created, because the details can always be worked out later.

Hmmm, seems good enough I guess.
I'm in favour of it.

I think it's a great idea because starting a new thread every time clutters the boards in my opinion.

Its a reasonable suggestion, but its also nice when people can make congratulations replies if they want to.
