I typed in www.virtualteen.org, and was taken to the main homepage, but any links I click (Like the forum link) makes the page turn white and the font turns to bare Times New Roman and the links are all jumbled on my screen. I'm using Internet Explorer (Unfortunately), but I saw it in Firefox as well, so I am wondering if anyone else has spotted this on the homepage, or its just my shitty toshiba trying to give me a stroke.

EDIT: Looking deeper, in the Parents Directory>Legal Page, its been reduced to bare coding.

Warning: include(topics/about/legal/pages.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/virtualt/public_html/topics/about/legal.php on line 23

Warning: include(topics/about/legal/pages.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/virtualt/public_html/topics/about/legal.php on line 23

If memory serves me right, the homepage has always had issues like that.

Yeah, if I remember right, those pages were screwed up when we moved servers.
The powers that be just haven't gotten around to fixing them.

OMFG, admins have lives :P

Does anyone know what exactly is messed up, knowing where to go might make admin's search easiler.

I wasn't complaing, I was explaining why it's not fixed. Js.

To me it looks like the index.php is missing from all of the main pages (So the 'Community & Forums' page, the 'Teen Topics' page, and so on). And on the content pages, it looks like the CSS is either missing, or completly screwed up.
The pages almost need an entire rebuild to work again, as what we have now, ammounts to a .txt version of the pages.
If the admins wish, I'll gladly rebuild the main site from what I can scavenge from the main site.
In proper HTML + CSS of course

I think there's been problems like this to a varying degree for years. Anyway I just type www.virtualteen.org/forums straight into the address bar, saves a lot of time and hassle. You should learn to do it too.

I do usually do that. Today I never, and I discovered the glitching, and I fugured the Admins might want to know if they aren't already aware.

I don't know how to fix it but I have been trying to get ahold of Ben (kiros) as he is the one that designed it.

It's quite easy, if you're using cPanel just login go to file manager select index look up see a button called HTML EDITOR you can edit it by there visually or you can do by code by clicking edit it should be next to it.

if your doing it direct by vps/dedi thru a database find index.html or index.php and open with wordpad find the link on there you wan't to edit and then put the new link in where the old link is.

its really simple :)

I'm 99% certain that he means he doesn't know PHP, and therefore, doesn't know how to fix it.
Him, being the primary admin, I'm sure knows his way around our VPS.

The problem isn't php but rewrite engine rules/regex stuff in the .htaccess file. When we moved servers everytime I put the rewites on I would get a 500 internal server error and could never pinpoint why.

Maybe you should go on a specialist forum and ask for there advise :)

Well, that's the idea of getting ahold of Ben, because he did all of that shit in the first place

I'm pretty sure he retired because he was getting on with his life...

I know he retired, I was wondering what he was doing in his real life.

Now that they have been fixed, would it be too much trouble to put the links back under the banner where they used to be? There are some great information on there and for the pages that are being constructed, we can work together to fill them with information. An example: this (http://www.virtualteen.org/topics/teens/disorders/stress/) page.
