That's a big age difference. 4 years. It may not seem that big, but because he's young. Although thats the time kids usually start jacking off, they usually don't have thoughts about expierimenting with other guys 'til there older. But that's not all boys. So if you want, ask him. If he's comfortable with it, go ahead. But what if he tells his mom or someone else in the family. You'll be looked at differently and you could get in trouble.
