I'm a 15 year old guy, and I'm REALLY skinny. I would like to have some muscles( not like a bodybuilder or so, just to have some pecs, arms and abs) but I don't wanna go to the gym, cause I don't have time. Could you recommend some exercises and a routine please? Something I can do at home :). And how many a day? Thanks:)

you can do pushsups, situps/ crucnches, or invest in some weights and put them in your basement or w.e and work out there

Try push ups, sit ups, crunches, bicycles, pull ups, diving push ups(hands right next to each other and just at the positioned at the lower chest), dips, invest in weights you won't build much without them you will just tone

If you have a large space somewhere in your house, you can easily do DVDs like Insanity or P90X...it's a challenge though....

Everyone else gave you the best advice. Just find a good routine to follow like 2 or 3 different ab excercises and just increase reps over time. Same with push ups (I like any type of inverted push up myself) Dips, mountain climbers...all good stuff they've suggested. Good luck!

For someone just starting out, I would recommend walking (if you are really out of shape) followed by some jogging and then finally running. It will get your body's big muscles (legs and heart) used to the changes you are putting on it. Then you will be in a much better position to do the specialty stuff (pecs, abs, arms).
