i think im going crazy i dont know what to im seeing thing that arent there im hearing things that arnt there ether im going crazy my panic attacks r getting worse i need help im to scared to open up and tell them ive given myself to the blade and lighter again

Hun, Your not going crazy, Get that though your head first, Second of all, you might have schizophrenia, Which means you see and hear things that aren't there, Your NOT crazy hun, I kno people that have this, But would you be able to tell me what your seeing, and hearing? i would love to be able to help you, but you are NOT crazy ok?

It could be schizophrenia, depression, eating disorders and so on. And you're not going crazy, but you should really try to open up and talk to someone about all this. <3

i totaly know how you feel-i'd never ever tell anyone about my cutting (except my shrink and best friend...), but schizophrenia or wtvr you're going through is different. You can get meds for one, that'l stop the panic and fear and make you feel so much better. And also its really bad for you to keep everything bottled up inside. Then you become twice as scared and feel really alone and every day is a struggle to hide all your lies and plaster a smile on your face. Trust me it'll be so much better if you tell someone (it doesnt necessarily have to be parents-maybe tell a friend or someone like that) and try to get help.

and if you go to the hospital they'l also have your stepdad and grandma. Plus you'l be able to return to them. If you die there's no going back.
