Whenever i try tp update any picture: Avatar, Profile pic, signature picture. it says this above the VT banner.

best thing to do is pm a admin such as maverick or captain obviuous or goose and they will be able to help

It looks like you're trying to use one of the websites predefined avatars. If so, it could be an internal problem with the gallery, one that, due to low use, would go unreported.
Otherwise, try to upload a different image, as well as in a different save format. Simple changes such as that can usually do wonders while tricking an uploader.
