this weekend I went to visit my sis in Pa well I like broke down and I wanted to cut so bad but I couldn’t cause I had nothing and I was at my sisters place so I really couldn't and now I don't feel like cutting anymore I feel even worse. Its like my mind is going away and I feel like nothing. Instead of cutting this weekend I drank which was super bad cause I am practicaly alcoholic. I'm scared that the stupid feeling of just being here wont go away. I'm scared I’m gana do something I’m gana regret.

Well keep calm, dont do anything stupid and think about it.

Yes its horrible when you want to cut but cant, but take it as a good thing. You got through it. As hard as it was you got through it. Learn from that. You were strong.

Alcohol isnt going to do anything, other than make you feel worse. Its not worth it.
