Why do you have to change naked in high school ?

Iv'e read some poast that some schools have you take showers and change in front of eachother is this something that highschools have or all schools and if so will i have to worry about it and will i get use to it :what:

I don't know why you have to do it.
Here in Norway we start to shower after gym already in 2nd grade, so we're kinda used to it.

We don't do it here in the UK - I think it's prevalent in sport teams more than anything. Obviously many people get worried about being seen by other guys if they're not used to being naked. That's normal. :)

I love to be naked but i just don't know if i'll be comfortable around guys

We don't shower here in the uk or atleast my school as we only have 5 minutes to get changed before end of lesson as our lessons are 1 hour. We just change in changing rooms, nothing below the boxers.

Don't worry about it.. it's not that bad.. you might feel uncomfortable the first times but then you'll get used to it so just dont worry and it wont be a problem

It depends on the school. Some schools require that students shower after gym or if they don't make you it's up to you. Some have stalls or just a big room for all of the guys to shower. Most likely you'll have to change into gym clothes and that's typically in front of other guys but there are usually bathrooms in a locker room so you could change in one of the stalls.

Don't worry too much about it and if you change in front of other guys you'll get use to it. Same with being naked around others in the shower.

Honestly, it's not that big of a deal.

There's this huge social stigma against nudity and it really shouldn't be there. We're all guys, we all have the same parts and, albeit we look different, we're all basically the same phyiscally.

Don't be nervous, it loses its awkwardness after a few classes.

at my school you have to shower after pe. which is good in my opinion as i'd rather not go to class sweaty, or sit next to someone who is. we started in 7th grade and i had no problem and most guys seem to get used to it very quickly

All the high schools in Florida in my area (S. FL) don't give you enough time. Usually after gym, you're not sweaty enough, and if you are, the water fountian/sinks will be your bestfriend! My school only allows sports teams to shower, and the showers are divided so nobody can catch a peek at you (unless you make it so they can).

Because dudes typically don't care about being naked in front of other dudes. The reason they do it is to conserve water and mainly to make sure there are not a bunch of dirty people walking around. It is usually uncomfortable at first, but after a while, you get used to it and are just comfortable.
