After you are about a month old you should not get cut. It would be the most painful thing you have ever done.

Yea you should hav had it done like when you are jus born. I was cut like after a few days I think. But I remember my lil bro was born with like a chest problem and had to have his done when he was 5! Gross and he was like constantly trying to take off the thing they put on it. But yea me and my 3 brothers are all cut.

Cutting off a piece of skin from your penis, that's just about a 10/10 on the pain scale. Why would you want to get cut anyway?

Why do you want to get cut? It can cause loss of sensitivity and when you're older it can cause many complications. Seems like unnecessary and probably expensive mutilation to me - think about why you want it, and what the pros/cons are. Research it fully and wait until you're a bit older to make a sensible decision.

Well, since you want to get it cut, you better have A LOT of good reasons to go ahead with it. You will lose some sensativity and it will be VERY painful. So you have to ask yourself,"Is it really right/worth it for you?".

I just got cut almost 2 weeks ago now, I'm 16 and I had to get it because of medical reasons. Phimosis and BXO. I didn't find it painful as they do general anesthetic and local while your out cold and that last for 6 hours after the operation. It's more discomfort than pain to be honest but then again then depends on your pain tolerance, every one is entirely different. The erections hurt me on day 5 and 6 because of the stitches, the stitches are suppose to dissolve within 2 weeks, mines were showing no sign of doing this so I cut them all out yesterday night and I feel a lot better.

I think my Frenulum is too tight I'm not sure yet though, at first I thought it could be the foreskin I'm not 100% I will carry on with the Stretching Like recommended, I haven't shutup about the pain all night though xD

*shrugs* I got cut a couple of years ago and I'm happy with it. Also almost all my friends are cut and I talked to them about it before I had my surgery and they were happy being cut. I know there are some people on here that had to get it done and hate it though. I think it depends on the person. If you don't have to...don't...the recovery isn't any fun but if your foreskin is bugging you then I would say go ahead and do it.

Gday Joshh97...I got my dad to help me with this question...this is a topic, which comes up in this forum alot what I could see......cut or uncut etc...we think its up you and your parents to tell you Yes or No...but my dad and myself are cut, which i like it..I was cut when I was older and it was upto me etc to get it done.....I had abit of pain just for a few days or so but all kool now...........here in Australia now its not a big thing...less guys are not getting this done at birth, but in older age groups.......but anyway its up you Joshh97...good luck in the future.......
But if you have got a tight foreskin I would go to the doctors and get it checkout...etc

If that's the case, I take it the foreskin doesn't come back as much as you'd like or at all?

If it's painful then get it seen by a doctor, circumcision will be on the cards if you are in pain because of whatever it is causing it.

Stretching could likely be a temp fix if it works doesn't guarantee you'll be fixed for good. Again, as I said earlier, go get it checked out.

Just give it a few years, I couldn't fully retract my foreskin before I was 15-16ish.
And I think that cutting the foreskin would be horibbly painful.
