I find it so difficult sometimes to stick to any of my exercise regimes! I try to think of what I'm doing this for and it helps sometimes but I need motivation all the time, you know?
Are there any tips any of you out there can give me??? It would really help!

It's a personal thing. You have to be able to push yourself to do it.
If you don't have the drive, you're doing it for the wrong reasons.
My motivation for track was the pitter patter of the bastards behind me who could keep up with me in a race.

I agree with posts above. It is a personal thing. I mark classes on a calander so when I have class I cross it off. It's kinda cool to see all the workouts crossed off for a month. I study martial arts and like class because of working out w/ all my friends. On days I don't have class, my best friend and I will work out together. Find a workout buddy. Hopes this helps. Keep with it!

This used to be the problem for me. Remeber your doing it for your own health,
Wellbeing and whatever the hell u wanna do. When i started to think about this i dont give up and its paid off!
