hi, i sometimes randomly [not even once a month] get pains in my right [as you look at it] testicle. it goes away after a day but i am wondering if it anything to be concerned about. it hurts when i walk and so i have to walk slowly but its not so unbearable that i have to stop. it still hurts if i sit down and am not moving but not much...

You should view testicular pain as an emergency until proven otherwise. Go see a doctor.

i dont think testicular pain should be veiwed as an EMERGANCY, GET TEH FUK TO THE EMERGANCY ROOM, but it should be a good concern. i had basically the same thing as you last year.....thats how i first posted on vt lol. it was there for like 5 days and i got fed up with the stress and being nervous so i told my dad that i was having pains in my lower abbs and like some in the groin (didnt say exaclty my nads hurt, but i think he got the picture) so my mom called the doctor and i went for an appointment. my mom asked if i wanted her to sit out in the waiting room and i said sure. in the examinatin room, i said what i told my dad and my doc asked if i had any pain in my testicles and i said yes, theres been some pain for a few days. she got some gloves and quickly examined them and said i didnt have any unusual lumps or bumps and the next day the pain was gone. i think i needed a doctor to say nothing was wrong so my mind could stop worrying and let the pain go away, like literally, i woke up and no pain. During puberty, random (mild)pain every once in a while is normal but if it persists you should see a doctor. my doc said that if anythin like it happens again, i should get annother appointment cus one kid was too scared to go to the doctor and ended up having to get a testicle removed

wow man, way to not make it so he worries the fuck out. thats one of the things i thought when i had that like week of pain and i did constant research. Testicular cancer can be described as a PAINLESS lump about the size of a pea on one of ur testicles. a bump the size of a pea would b easliy noticed when even touching ur nads, it just isnt normal. IFFF U HAVE THAT, YES GET THE HELL TO THE DOCTOR/HOSPITAL. its the most common cancer in males 15-21 (even though it doesnt occur too often) and can b treated if found early

"unbearable?"
I think that's reason enough to see a physician. Anything "unbearable" isn't good. It's never happened to me.

I remember when my big bro used to bash me up when I was little and he used to Kick me in The balls really hard.
The other day I had another fight with him and he did the same thing and all around my balls was purple..... Owwww..
