How can I make friends ?

I need some advice on how to make friends- there are two boys across the street( twins) that i used to go to school with,I also had another friend that was a few house down but all of a sudden we stop hanging out with eachother.I'm afraid it's to late now + i'm at a school i don't really like at all not that i'm being bullyed.I don't know where to start should i rebulid a relationship or create a new one and how ?

find ppl who have been bullied too and try to find things in common all my friends are my friends because i just invited them over and they lioke me =^)

Easiest way to make friends? Be yourself and ask questions :) If your looking to be somebodys friend, they probably aren't going to come to you first. Go up to the twins, or the other guy down the street, and say howdy! :D If you be yourself, and other people like it, you'll get your friends. A great quote that applies to this is,

"Be who you are and say what you feel, for those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind." - Dr. Seuss

just be your self and youll find the people that you connect with. dont be someone you not tho

Find out what they are into first. And invite them to it, for example if they like sports, you should go and see a game together. If they like "partying" you should ask them if they know of any good parties and to let you know. But don't start doing something you don't like. It's never too late to make new friends.
