in terms of size, you might be a late bloomer or you might just be one of those guys that gets the short end of the stick when it comes to size. Not much outside medical assistance you can do to make it bigger. In terms of time it takes to hit the peak, it may just be hormones, hard to say, but as you get older it will get better.

By 4" do you mean erect or flaccid? Flaccid 4" is normal :) and that's not overly fast, if you've jerked multiple times in one day then you will cum quicker. You just have more developing to do :)

Idk tbh but I just think that you have gone through puberty late-have you got under arm hair, can you cum? Could be factors of it also the rate of puberty depends on your genes
