Growth spurt

Hi,
I measured myself three weeks ago qnd I was 5'7 I am now 5'9.5 can I expect more growth btw I am a late bloomer at 16 years old, would you expect more growth this has been my biggest spurt would you say it is over? Also I keep feeling muscles contracting in my legs, is this due to growth also joints on my legs hurt as well please let me know

You can still grow more. And all the pain is due to growing.

Yea man the pain is growing pains. You can still grow but there is no way to really know. Although your doctor could project your growth

I wouldn't expect another growth spurt 2.5 in you may get another inch but nothing too much

you might keep growing, it just depends - men stop growing at 21 on average
