hey everybody my older sister has an eating disorder for a while now over 3 years and she got better a little bit but shes starting to go back into all that dieting not eating and working out again so im scared for her and i thought i would put sticky notes all around her room saying motivational quotes about how shes perfect and beautiful but i only found a few do you guys know any good ones....im sorry that im asking you guys i personally dont have an eating disorder but i know when i was depressed i would look at quotes and poems to make me feel a little better so i thiought i would ask you guys if you knew any? and i mean this in the most non creepy way possible lol but just so guys know your all beautiful i hope you get better!

thank you :) *thinky face*idk how but i somehow wrote 28 of them and then i added these too!....kinda hope thats not to much when she goes in her room latter lol but thanks you guys and that song was so sad :'( but i liked it i feel like they dont really make songs about eating disorders allot thats the first one i've heard before. and this is from me but best of luck to anyone who has an eating disorder thats hard but i hope you fight it and realize that you shouldnt be wasting time giving a crap about your weight and you should spend more time just living life b/c.... well mirrors are never reality they lie and show everything backwards so how would you know if its right or not i think it can show you whatever you want to be shown but its up to the eyes of the person looking into it to have the power to view themself as they want to so think of yourself in a better light because you deserve to be happy about yourself :)
