I have this wound on my leg which is healing but quite slowly. I am unable to run very far or as much as I would like to because it irritates the wound. My only resort at the moment is to use the treadmill to do fast-walking exercises as well as push-ups. Some days I think I see a difference in my body but then other days it looks as if it has gone back to the way it looked before. Maybe it was just me frame of mind at the time, like one of those "off days".

Can anyone tell me if there is anything I can do to help my body become more firm???
