Favorite Herb (or spice)

I'm a herb gardener and I was wondering what VT cooks favorite herbs were ^^.

Oregano. Especially with tomato :)

It really varies depending upon what you are cooking, I like mint with potatoes but Basil with other things and Sage with others.

Sounds yummy,do you just like cook it with it ,is it fresh or dry?

Two of my fav. herbs are cilantro and basil,I love basil on anything,especially sweet basil,and I love fresh cilantro and onions with a tostada(I think most people call them tortilla chips?).

Tomato pasta sauces usually :P I don't like tomato on its own.
